Your timeslot is for arrival only, once you are with us you are welcome to stay until we close.

Wellington benefits from a hardstanding car park. However, when we are particularly busy and ground conditions allow, additional parking may be provided on grass.

For this reason, only a limited number of tickets will be released initially. We hope to make additional tickets available closer to our opening dates, once we have assessed the ground conditions and parking capacity.

If tickets appear to be sold out, please keep checking availability as more tickets may be released nearer the time.

Opening Times & Dates

Open 10am to 5pm, with last entry at 3.30pm.

• Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th
• Saturday 24th through to Saturday 31st

Tickets will be released on Friday 4th September at 1pm.

Booking Policy

Your commitment to us
When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between you & Jolly Pumpkin. You accept on behalf of your entire booking group included within this ticket that use of the site, play equipment, additional props and any other items located within Dunsmore Farm and controlled by R M Wright trading as Jolly Pumpkin is used at yours and your groups risk and as such indemnify Jolly Pumpkin and landlord, S.D.F. Molineux & Partners as well as third party contractors from liability for any injury or damage whosoever caused and that you use these premises/facilities at your own risk.

You accept that any person under the age of 16 within your group will be escorted by a responsible adult while on our site. You accept that plants and fauna may be present at the Jolly Pumpkin site which is not suitable for human consumption, and by accepting these terms and conditions you indemnify R M Wright trading as Jolly Pumpkin should anyone person within the party consume or by any other means be effected by non edible, toxic or irritable plants and or fauna.

Limitation of Liability
R M Wright trading as Jolly Pumpkin will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet and Communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.

Smoking, Car Park & Dogs
The Jolly Group is strictly a no smoking site and anyone found to be smoking will be asked to leave with immediate effect.

The use of our car park is at your own risk and R M Wright trading as Jolly Pumpkin accept no liability for its use.

Due to hygiene reasons dogs are NOT ALLOWED on site, with the exception of guide and medical assistance dogs.

Photography & Filming Disclaimer
Please note that photographs and film footage will be taken throughout events at Jolly Pumpkin. These will be used by Jolly Pumpkin for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and in social media or in any third party publication. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use of images and confirm that you have been fully informed and are giving your consent before entering the event.

Cancellation Policy

  • All Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless Jolly Pumpkin has to close for unforeseen circumstances on any given day.
  • Tickets can be EXCHANGED for another date (subject to availability) up to 7 days in advance of your booked attendance date. In order to do this please login to your customer self serve portal via the link supplied in your original booking confirmation.
  • Disabled/Carer tickets, proof of status we accept are: Evidence of being in receipt of disability living allowance (DLA), personal independence payment (PIP) or Attendance Allowance.
